Every candidate is helped to fully understand our specific requirements — a spiritually inclined atmosphere, righteous conduct, self-dignity, mutual respect, and an extremely caring nature — before joining.
The company provides breakfast and lunch every day. Evening snacks and dinner are also arranged whenever urgent user needs require the team to stay late.
We follow a six-day work schedule aligned with the schools and colleges we serve. Festival and national holidays follow the academic calendar, and Diwali holidays extend for 10 full days.
We follow flexible hours. Team members may request to work from home as needed — especially when visiting their hometowns — trusting that outcomes matter more than location.
Loose talk and gossiping are not permitted. As a result, office politics simply do not exist here — conversations stay constructive and purposeful.
Every team member is expected to master a particular module and then teach it to others through structured teaching sessions. Knowledge grows by being shared.
We celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, and felicitate team members who excel. Family get-togethers are organised periodically. When a colleague moves on, they receive a heartfelt farewell and a fitting gift.
Interns and trainees are never asked to work without pay. A modest stipend is offered from the start, with increments every 2–3 months for those who demonstrate growth and commitment.
Candidates spend a few days in the office so both sides can assess alignment. It is an honest, two-way conversation — not a test to be passed.
